採用咗本地自然生長嘅優質健營豬,絕無潻加🈲抗生素或瘦肉精,呢種豬不但係取長捨短嘅混血豬,重係餵飼天然飼料長大,絕無添加生長劑催促
肉質富彈性及有鮮味👍

📍準備材料:
金沙骨 1 磅
蒜頭 5 瓣
雞粉 2 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
生抽 1 1/2 茶匙
紹興酒 1 1/2 茶匙
老抽 1/4 茶匙
生粉 2 茶匙
蛋白 1 湯匙
牛油 2 湯匙
紅辣椒 1 條
蔥花 2 湯匙

🧑‍🍳 烹調步驟:
1) 把蒜頭壓成蓉備用。
把金沙骨洗淨印乾水份,加入雞粉、蒜蓉、蒜粉、糖、生抽、老抽和紹興酒拌勻

2) 加入生粉拌勻。再加入蛋白拌勻,醃6小時以上。
把牛油加熱至溶化。

3) 在烤盤上鋪上錫紙後架上烤架,把金沙骨放在烤架上,掃上一半牛油溶液後,放入已預熱至200℃的焗爐中,置於中層焗10分鐘

4) 把金沙骨翻面後,再掃上餘下的牛油溶液,再放回 200℃的焗爐中,置於中層多焗10分鐘

5) 把辣椒切成小粒
取出金沙骨後,上碟後灑上辣椒和蔥花即成
