Description

糖醋洋蔥梅頭扒
材料: 梅頭扒2件, 洋蔥半個, 冠珍黑米醋2湯匙, 茄汁2茶匙,
          蒜蓉1湯匙, 冰糖1湯匙, 冠珍生抽1/2湯匙, 1/2茶匙,
          鹽1/4茶匙
醃料: 生粉1湯匙, 生抽1/2湯匙, 花彫酒  1茶匙, 糖 1/2茶匙,
          1/4茶匙, 胡椒粉1/4茶匙

1.  梅頭扒用刀背拍鬆, 加入以上醃料醃30分鐘.
2.  用中大火燒熱鍋, 加少許油, 加入梅頭扒煎至兩面金黃色,
     轉小火煎至熟透, 盛起.
3.  再加少許油, 加入蒜蓉和洋蔥炒香.
4.  加入黑米醋, 生抽, 茄汁, 糖, 冰糖及鹽煮至冰糖溶化.
5.  加入梅頭扒拌勻, 即成.
