喼汁豬扒
材料:
豬扒 5塊, 乾蔥 1粒 (刴蓉), 洋蔥 1個(切條), 紅蘿蔔 半條(切粗條)
紹酒 適量

醃料:
冠珍生抽1湯匙, 薑汁半茶匙, 粟粉1茶匙, 1/8茶匙, 
冠珍麻油少許, 胡椒粉少許

悅和喼汁1湯匙, 水1湯匙, 茄汁1.5茶匙, 糖2茶匙, 冠珍麻油少許

做法:
1. 豬扒洗淨, 用廚房紙吸乾水份. 用刀背拍鬆.  加醃料拌勻, 
待20分鐘備用.  
2. 燒熱油鑊, 用中大火把兩面煎至金黃色, 兜起備用.
3. 下紅蘿蔔和洋蔥炒至軟身 ,再加入乾蔥蓉爆透.
4. 把豬扒倒回鑊中, 澆酒, 再倒進調味料, 快手炒勻, 即可上碟.
